  3. Clone Troopers (3)
  4. Riot Clone Troopers (3)
  5. Rebel Demolitionist (3)
  6. Republic Commando (4)

Every unit is organic, so Untempered Rage (stun immune, +40% attack, +40% attack speed) also gives your whole army +15% attack speed. Riot Clones lead, Clone Troopers and the Commando fire behind, then Hyper-Adrenal and Rage to dive the enemy leader. Rebel Demolitionist hits turrets from outside their range once the enemy leader is down.

Swaps: Demolitionist to Republic Attack Gunship against swarm decks. ARC Trooper to Wookiee Warrior for a bigger front line.

Wookiee Warrior leads the lane while Troopers and Grenadier shoot behind it. Drop Ben on the enemy's best organic unit to mind trick it. If Ben falls, Luke gets bonus damage and damage reduction, so push right after. Hyper-Adrenal on a full push, X-Wing on clumps.

Swaps: Twi'lek Flamethrowers to Talz Marauders for a sturdier cheap card.

Light Side · best in 1v1 · avg cost 2.71

  3. Wookiee Warrior (3)
  4. Rebel Grenadier (3)
  5. Dressellian Sniper (3)
  6. Rebel Pathfinders (3)
  7. Pao (3)

Underdog boosts organic ranged units, and Pao, the Pathfinders, Troopers, Grenadier and Sniper all qualify. The Wookiee Warrior leads the lane, Pao's shout slows enemy organic units and leaders so they can't reach your firing line, and the Dressellian Sniper outranges turrets. Best with a partner who can protect your back line.

Swaps: Against droid decks, Rebel Grenadier to Rebel Demolitionist. In 1v1, Dressellian Sniper to Talz Marauders for more cheap defense.

  3. X-Wing (3)
  4. BB-8 (3)
  5. Y-Wing (4)
  6. Urodel Resistance Fighter (4)
  7. T-70 X-Wing (5)

Poe makes air strikes cheaper, so three airborne cards come out fast. Urodel tanks, the Medic keeps it and Poe topped up, and BB-8, Poe's own Unique, hacks enemy droids and walkers to fight for you. Save strikes for clumped units or a leader standing still. Few bodies on the field, so let your partner hold the lane.

Swaps: T-70 X-Wing to Rebel Troopers if you keep running out of units.

  4. Sandtrooper (3)
  5. Death Troopers (3)
  6. TIE Fighter (3)
  7. Dewback Trooper (4)

All 8 cards are Galactic Empire for the full era bonus, and every unit is organic so Vader's leader-kill heal hits the whole board. Kill combo: Force Pull the enemy leader, Aphra's stun grenade, Bladesmen shred, Vader's heavy slash. Then the Dewback marches on a turret while their leader respawns.

Swaps: Death Troopers to Rocket Stormtrooper against droid or tank decks. TIE Fighter to TIE Bomber against swarms. Aphra to Fifth Brother if divers keep killing Vader.

  4. Devaronian Bladesmen (3)
  5. Sandtrooper (3)
  6. Death Troopers (3)
  7. Imperial Heavy Gunners (4)

Governor Pryce follows Thrawn and refunds energy, so play her early. Thrawn's skill speeds up organic allies and his attack climbs the longer he survives, so keep him safe behind the troopers. Nerve Gas cripples enemy organic pushes.

Swaps: Heavy Gunners to Dewback Trooper if you need a turret threat.

Dark Side · best in 2v2 · avg cost 3.29

  7. Droid Gunship (4)

Cyborg General boosts tech units' attack and health, and all six units here are droids, including Grievous's own Unique, IG-101 & IG-102, who leap into groups for area damage. B1s and Magnaguards swarm, Sentry Droid and Droideka anchor. Watch for ion and stun effects (Chopper, Rex, Ion Mine), which hit droids hard.

Swaps: Droid Gunship to B2 Super Battle Droids for more bodies.
